The successful candidate will work across our suite of products to plan, create, negotiate and deliver best in market partnerships across our platform and beyond.
Job Description
• Identify and prospect new partnerships across the VOIP, Messaging and FinTech landscape that drive long-term value, and are in line with overall development strategy
• Initiate, structure, negotiate and close partnership deals
• Identify and implement specific local marketing initiatives that will drive BeepTool usage in the market
• Build and sustain strong relationships with business decision makers and internal stakeholders
• Update senior management team on current partnerships and pipeline
• Manage all partnership reporting to generate insights and learnings for each campaign
• Disseminate key learnings to relevant teams and make recommendations to support future success
• Regularly share consumer and market insights that can be used to drive BeepTool services usage

Job Description
• Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team, revise company policies and similar documents
• Handling administrative enquiries from internal and external customers and partners
• Organize and maintain personnel records, employee contracts, and new hire guides.
• Managing travel arrangements for the team, and visitors.
• Coordinating logistics needs for teleconferences and local meetings
• Organize and handle regional meetings and top management visits
